Notice is hereby given that a public review and comment period will be held between January 20, 2020 and February 3, 2020 for a proposed amendment #4 to the 2045 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and the Transportation Conformity Determination Report. Notice is hereby given that at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at the Hornet Park Community Center, 5245 Hornet Park Ave, Beech Grove, IN 46107, the Indianapolis Regional Transportation Council’s Policy Committee will conduct a public hearing for a proposed amendment #4 to the 2045 LRTP.

Copies of the items above and all plans and exhibits pertaining thereto are on file and available for examination in Room 2322 of the City-County Building, 200 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday and on the Indianapolis MPO’s website at http://www.indympo.org. Written objection to a proposal may be filed with the Secretary of the Metropolitan Planning Organization, before the February 19 meeting, at the address above, and such objections will be considered. At the hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters contained in said proposal. The hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
