NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND REQUEST FOR PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT CONCERNING INDIANAPOLIS METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION REGIONAL RESILIENCY SNAPSHOT, INDIANAPOLIS REGIONAL ITS ARCHITECTURE, AND CENTRAL INDIANA HOUSING STUDY

Notice is hereby given that the Regional Resiliency Snapshot is being offered for public review and comment between January 9 and January 23, 2024; the Indianapolis Regional ITS Architecture is being offered for public review and comment between January 29 and February 12, 2024; and the Central Indiana Housing Study is being offered for public comment between January 16 and February 6, 2024 . Public comments on these items may be sent in writing to info@indympo.org or by mail to 200 East Washington Street, Suite 2322, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46204.

Notice is hereby given that at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, the Indianapolis Transportation Policy Committee will conduct a public hearing on Resolution Number 24-IMPO-001 considering adoption of the Regional Resiliency Snapshot

The hearing will be held at the MIBOR Realtor Association office located at 1912 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Members of the public may make comments in person or send comments in advance to info@indympo.org. The meeting may also be viewed on Youtube at https://www.youtube.com/@indympo. At least one week before the public hearing copies of the items above and all plans and exhibits pertaining thereto will be available on the IMPO’s website at https://www.indympo.org/, or for viewing in person, by appointment, in Room 2322 of the City-County Building, 200 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please call 317-327-7587 to arrange a time for in-person viewing of materials, as some staff are working remotely. Written objection to a proposal may be filed with the IMPO, before the February 21, 2024 meeting, at the address above (by appointment), or sent to info@indympo.org, and such objections will be considered. Public hearings may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.

The public participation process described above is used to satisfy the public participation process for the Program of Projects (POP) for the following Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grantee: Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IndyGo).

The public participation process described above is consistent with the policies and procedures for public involvement that have been formally adopted by CIRTA, and meets all applicable public participation requirements pertaining to grants associated with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
