Kristyn joined the MPO in May 2013 and works in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Section. Kristyn was born and raised in Indianapolis and graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with High Honors in Urban Affairs. She then went on to Ball State University where she earned her Master of Urban and Regional Planning Degree with a focus on Real Estate Development. Outside of work, Kristyn lives in Broad Ripple where she enjoys spending time with her family & friends, walking her dog Sophia, and running and biking on the Monon Trail.
Her main responsibilities with the Indianapolis MPO include:
- Maintaining and updating projects in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)
- Participates in advanced, complex professional activities and analysis related to transportation finance, grants management, and other IMPO finances
