Joti (she/her) has extensive expertise in public policy, economic development, and strategic consulting. Born in Punjab, India, and migrating to the United States during her childhood, Joti’s diverse cultural experiences deeply inform her approach to urban and regional planning. Her adeptness at merging analytical rigor with creative problem-solving enables her to convert complex data into practical strategies, fostering sustainable and inclusive urban environments. Outside her professional life, Joti is a devoted mother, avid traveler, and passionate gardener who enjoys hiking with her loyal dog. She treasures reconnecting with her roots in Punjab alongside her two sons, nurturing a strong familial bond to their cultural heritage. At IMPO, Joti is committed to leveraging her skills to significantly influence Central Indiana's urban landscape, driven by a clear, empathetic, and proactive approach to community challenges.
