About the Plan

The Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan ("Coordinated Plan" for short) serves as an inventory of regional transportation providers and their assets, an assessment of transportation needs, and outlines strategies to meet those needs with a focus on serving older adults and individuals with disabilities. The prior Coordinated Plan was completed in 2021. The Transportation Policy Committee adopted the 2025 update to the Coordinated Plan on October 15, 2025. View the final 2025 Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan here.
