ADA Transition Plans
ADA Transition Plans include an inventory of facilities, goals, and recommendations for how a city, town, or county plans to, over time, comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. To be in compliance, plans must meet certain criteria, like designating an ADA coordinator, establishing grievance procedures, developing internal design standards / specifications / details, and developing and monitoring a transition plan.
