PUBLIC NOTICE: Regional Bikeways Plan for Review & Comment, Public Hearing
REQUEST FOR PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT ON THE
2020 CENTRAL INDIANA REGIONAL BIKEWAYS PLAN
Notice is hereby given that a public review and comment period will be held between November 2, 2020 and November 15, 2020 for the updated Regional Bikeways Plan. Public comments on this item may be made through Sunday, November 15, 2020 to Jen Higginbotham at Jen.Higginbotham@IndyMPO.org, 317-327-7587, or by mail to 200 East Washington Street, Suite 2322, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46204.
Notice is hereby given that at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at the meeting of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization (IMPO) Transportation Policy Committee, held online via Zoom.com, the IMPO Policy Committee will conduct a public hearing for the proposed Regional Bikeways Plan. The meeting ID is 827 5731 8048 and password IMPO2020. Attendees can also access the meeting via phone at 312-626-6799 password 27673171. The meeting will be held by electronic means only and no members will be physically present. If any member of the public wishes to attend the meeting electronically, the meeting will be available using the information above.
Copies of the items above and all plans and exhibits pertaining thereto are available on the Indianapolis MPO’s website at https://www.indympo.org, or for viewing in person, by appointment, in Room 2322 of the City-County Building, 200 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please call 317-327-7587 to arrange a time for in-person viewing of materials, as most staff are working remotely. Written objection to a proposal may be filed with the Secretary of the Metropolitan Planning Organization, before the December 2, 2020 meeting, at the address above (by appointment), or sent to Jen.Higginbotham@IndyMPO.org, and such objections will be considered. At the hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters contained in said proposal. The hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
