NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT CONCERNING INDIANAPOLIS METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT PLAN AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR RED LINE AFTER STUDY
Notice is hereby given that a draft of the Public Involvement Plan (PIP) is being offered for public review and comment between August 22 and October 6, 2025. Public comments on these items may be sent in writing to info@indympo.gov, or by mail to 200 East Washington Street, Suite 2322, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46204. Documents will be available on the IMPO’s website at IndyMpo.Gov/Comment.
Viewing documents in person is available by appointment, in Room 2322 of the City-County Building, 200 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Notice is hereby given that at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, the Indianapolis Transportation Policy Committee will conduct a public hearing on Resolution Number 24-IMPO-016 considering adoption of the Public Involvement Plan.
The hearing will be held at the MIBOR Realtor Association office located at 1912 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Members of the public may make comments in person or submit comments in advance on the comment form at IndyMPO.gov/Comment. Notice is hereby given that the Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization will be releasing a Request for Proposals for a Red Line After Study. The IMPO anticipates the Request for Proposals will be released on September 29, 2025 at 10am ET with the final proposal package due on October 31, 2025 For more information see the IMPO’s website at indympo.gov.
