Notice is hereby given that a public review and comment period will be held between July 29, 2019 and August 13, 2019 for a proposed amendment #3 to the 2045 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and the Transportation Conformity Determination Report. Notice is hereby given that at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at MIBOR Realtor Association, 1912 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46202, the Indianapolis Regional Transportation Council’s Policy Committee will conduct a public hearing for a proposed amendment #3 to the 2045 LRTP and the Transportation Conformity Determination Report.

Copies of the items above and all plans and exhibits pertaining thereto are on file and available for examination in Room 2322 of the City-County Building, 200 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday and on the Indianapolis MPO’s website at indympo.org. Written objection to a proposal may be filed with the Secretary of the Metropolitan Planning Organization, before the February 20 meeting, at the address above, and such objections will be considered. At the hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters contained in said proposal. The hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
