There are many ways to stay engaged with the IMPO:

  • Visit one of the individual project pages under "Planning" or "Funding" above to keep track of project progress and opportunities for input and feedback.
  • If you have a question or comment to submit through the website, you can do so with the email or voicemail contact options, and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can!

Ways to Contribute Feedback and Comment

  • Surveys: Click the links above for any surveys that are currently open for public response. 
  • Email: If you have a project-specific comment on an item shared above, or a comment for the IMPO in general, email us at Info@IndyMPO.gov. Please be clear on the topic of your comment.
  • Voicemail: Call 317-327-8601 and leave a message on the IMPO's voicemail. Please note within the message if you'd like a response and how to contact you. 
  • Mail: Comments may be sent by mail to "Indianapolis MPO, 200 E. Washington St, Suite 2322, Indianapolis, IN 46204". Mailed comments for items with specific meetings, etc. must be received at least 48 hours before the time of the meeting.
  • Attend a Public Meeting: As advertised above, attend a public meeting, workshop, or open house to talk with staff members and share your thoughts about projects. 
  • Attend the Official Public Hearing: As advertised above, attend the official Public Hearing for a project. This occurs at 9:00am on specific Wednesdays throughout the year. The official Public Hearings are an opportunity for commentors to appear before the IMPO's Policy Committee (a group of executive leaders for cities, towns, and communities in Central Indiana) and share your thoughts directly. 
  • Submit Advance Comments for Public Hearings: If you are unable to attend the Official Public Hearing, you may submit a formal statement using this form at least 48 hours before the Policy Committee meeting and an IMPO staff member will read the statement out loud during the Public Hearing to members of the Policy Community. 
  • Attend a Virtual Pre-Hearing: If you have questions or general comments about items that will be considered during an Official Public Hearing, attend a Virtual Pre-Hearing to talk with IMPO staff members. Details for Virtual Pre-Hearings will be posted to www.IndyMPO.org/calendar.
