Northeast Corridor Transit-Oriented Development Strategic Plan
The Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Strategic Plan focuses on understanding the requirements of the land use and economic development categories of the application for federal transit funds and presents development opportunities that could emerge from the Northeast Corridor Line. This plan is intended to be a framework and “toolkit” for municipalities to select elements of land use policy that are applicable to their community as it relates to the overall investment in transit in Central Indiana.
The station locations studied for this report are for analysis purposes only. Final station selection will occur later in the project.
All plan documents are in PDF format.
