DES # 0710877 – SR 37 Major Pavement Project (Hot mix asphalt overlay) from Wicker Road to Edgewood Avenue in Marion County – PE in FY 2008 for an estimated cost of $400,000 with a likely split of $320,000 federal and $80,000 state match and CN in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $4,820,900 with a likely split of $3,856,720 federal and $964,180 state match.

DES # 0012850 – SR 267 at CR 300 South in Hendricks County – Add PE funding in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $66,000 with a likely split of $52,800 federal and $13,200 state match.

DES # 0711009 – Noise abatement at I-465 and I-70 (E leg) Phase II – PE in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $100,000 with a likely split of $90,000 federal and $10,000 state match (a 90-10 split assumed) and Utility Work in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $250,000 with a likely split of $225,000 federal and $25,000 state match (a 90-10 split assumed).

DES # 0710303 – Install Indianapolis Area Travel Time Signs on I-465 (ITS Traffic Management Systems Project) – PE in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $150,000 with a likely split of $135,000 federal and $15,000 state match and CN in FY 2010 for an estimated cost of $1,600,000 with a likely split of $1,440,000 federal and $160,000 (90-10 split assumed for both phases).

DES # 0200606 – Phase V of the Indianapolis Advanced Traffic Management System on I-465 (ITS Traffic Management System Project) - CN in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $5,700,000 with a likely split of $5,130,000 federal and $570,000 state match (90-10 split assumed).

DES # 0710371 – CCTV Camera Deployment in TTID Detection Areas near Indianapolis on Various Routes (Traffic Management System Project) – PE in FY 2009 for and estimated cost of $320,000 with a likely split of $288,000 federal and $32,000 state match and CN in FY 2010 for an estimated cost of $3,200,000 with a likely split of $2,880,000 federal and $320,000 state match (90-10 split assumed).

DES # 0800273 – Rest Area Modernization of the Plainfield Rest Areas on I-70 (east and west bound) located east of the interchange with SR 39 – PE in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $1,000,000 with a likely split of $900,000 federal and $100,000 state match (a 90/10 split assumed for this Interstate work).

DES # 0710540 – US 40, District Pavement Project (Resurfacing type work) from 4.14 miles E of I-465 at the Marion-Hancock Co Line to 0.88 mile W of SR 9 in Hancock County – PE in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $177,000 with a likely split of $141,600 federal and $35,400 state match.
 
DES # 0710541 – US 40, District Pavement Project (Resurfacing type work) from 0.88 mile W of SR 9 at Monroe Street in Greenfield (all in Hancock County) to 2.25 miles E of SR 9 at CR 400 E – PE in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $50,000 with a likely split of $40,000 federal and $10,000 state match. 
 
DES # 0400962 – SR 135, Intersection Improvement with added turn lanes 1.52 mile S of US 31 at Edgewood Avenue in Marion County – PE in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $20,000 with a likely split of $16,000 federal and $4,000 state match.  This section of SR 135 is already four lanes, and this is not an added travel lanes project.
   
DES # 0401094 – Indiana Transportation Museum (Noblesville) – Rehab Passenger Cars – Nickel Plate Rail Line TE Project – CN in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $361,782 with a likely split of $289,426 federal and $72,356 local match. 

NON-EXEMPT PROJECTS

DES # 0600304 – I-65 added travel lanes from 0.5 mile N of SR 334 to US 52 (Phase III) – PE in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $3,000,000 with a likely split of $2,400,000 federal and $600,000 state match.

DES # 0066810 – Interchange modification at I-465 and I-70 (Phase II) – PE in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $250,000 with a likely split of $200,000 federal and $50,000 state match (a 80-20 split assumed).

DES # 0800395 – Related to the added travel lanes on US 52 in Marion County (DES # 9704160) – Demolition for bridge over Opossum Creek – CN in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $25,000 with a likely split of $20,000 federal and $5,000 local match.

DES # 0200700 – I-70 added travel lanes from 0.5 mile E of Mount Comfort Road to 0.8 mile E of SR 9 in Hancock County – PE in FY 2009 with an estimated cost of $3,000,000 with a likely split of $2,400,000 federal and $600,000 state match.

DES # 0500407 and DES # 0500408 – Added travel lanes from US 31 to Moontown Road (0500407) and from Moontown Road to River Avenue (0500408) - Combined PE for both projects in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $2,200,000 with a likely split of $1,760,000 federal and $440,000 state match. 

DES # 0400965 – 126th Street bridge deck replacement over I-69, 2.06 miles N of SR 37 – PE in FY 2009 for an estimated cost of $108,300 with a likely split of $86,640 federal and $21,660 state match.

EXEMPT PROJECT

DES # 0090120 – Fry Road, Phase 1, road reconstruction, from U.S. 31 to Madison Ave. Increase total cost from $1,932,000 to $2,128,361 ($1,702,689 federal STP and $425,672 local match) and move CN and CN INS from FY 2008 to FY 2009.

Town of Fishers

EXEMPT PROJECT

DES # 0501087 – Trail system within existing Town of Fishers parks, including Olio Fields, Mudsock Fields and Cumberland Park utilizing federal earmark funds.  Add PE to FY 2008 with a total cost of $33,300 ($26,640 federal earmark funds and $6,660 local funds) and add CN to FY 2009 with a total cost of  $216,700 ($173,360 federal earmark funds and $43,340 local funds).  

Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IndyGo)

EXEMPT PROJECTS

DES # 0710509 – Transit Store Outreach program extension for fiscal year 2009 with a total cost of $900,000 ($720,000 federal CMAQ and $180,000 local match).  Add to FY 2009.

DES # 0800403 – IndyGo Diesel Engine Retrofit with a total cost of $843,000 ($674,400 federal CMAQ and $168,600 local match).  Add to FY 2009.
