The Regional Rapid Transit Study (RTS), known as "Directions", is a comprehensive study of rapid transit in the greater Indianapolis area. The process will examine rapid transit service for the region and answer the questions raised during the ConNECTions  (NorthEast Corridor Transportation - Responses to Key Questions - 2001) study.

The Directions study is multi-phased and will determine a preferred system of transit corridors and technology(ies). The Indianapolis Regional Transportation Council (IRTC) and the public will be engaged throughout the study process.
