July 19, 2006 Public Hearing Notice Regarding the Indianapolis Regional Transportation Improvement Program (IRTIP)

Notice is hereby given that at 1:00 PM on Wednesday July 19, 2006 in the Public Assembly Room (room 260) at the City-County Building, 200 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Metropolitan Development Commission of Marion County will conduct a public hearing on Resolution 06-T-033 approving the 2007-2010 Indianapolis Regional Transportation Improvement Program.

Copies of the proposal listed above and all plans and exhibits pertaining thereto are on file and available for examination in Room 1821 of the City-County Building, Indianapolis, Indiana, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Written objection to a proposal may be filed with the Secretary of the Metropolitan Development Commission before the hearing  at 200 East Washington Street, Suite 1821, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 and such objections will be considered. 

At the hearing all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters contained in said proposal.  The hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
