Catherine joined the MPO staff in February 2002 as a transportation planner and was promoted to Senior Planner in June, 2008. Her interests are broad and include GIS, data development, cartography, and website development, just to name a few. In 2000 she earned her B.S. in Geography at the University of Tennessee and graduated in December 2003 with a Master of Arts in Geography from Indiana State University. She currently resides in Speedway.

Currently Catherine's responsibilities include:

• Data Development and assisting with management of GIS resources
• Developing Microsimulations
• Assisting with the update to the Travel Demand Model 
• Providing technical support as needed
• Other projects as assigned.
